• We are not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by clients
• We are not responsible for delays or penalties caused by HMRC, banks, or third-party systems
• Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service affected
All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in documentation are owned by Prudent Services Group Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
We maintain confidentiality of all client and worker information, sharing only as required for compliance, payment processing, or with authorised third parties. All employees and partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Either party may terminate services in writing according to the terms agreed in the contract. Termination does not remove obligations for payment of services already provided or legal compliance requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
